If you have not scheduled your appointment as yet to meet with Dr. Sule , we look forward to hearing from you soon. Dr. Sule routinely performs comprehensive facial rejuvenation procedures such as eyelid lifts, facelifts, neck lifts, and brow lifts. Many patients elect to undergo multiple procedures at one time. Your consultation is very important to us and we want to make this process as easy and seamless as possible.

After scheduling your consultation, our staff will be mailing you a new patient package complete with your welcome letter, driving and parking directions as well as your new patient paperwork to prepare your chart at your initial visit. We simply request that you complete this paperwork and bring it to your first appointment where your paper chart and electronic entry into our database will be done. For billing and identification purposes, we will also need a copy of your valid driver’s license and health insurance information (if applicable). We will do our best to see you within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.

Before seeing Dr. Sule, your first set of photographs will be taken by the Patient Care Coordinator and displayed on a high-resolution monitor so that you and the doctor may review and refer to these during the consultation. This method ensures that both Dr. Sule and you, the patient are looking at the same image and are on the same page when discussing your concerns and goals for your facial plastic procedure. The consultation is your opportunity to candidly discuss your concerns.

We will do our best to give you a range of treatment options (if applicable) so that you can make an informed decision about your care. We anticipate your cooperation in providing accurate health history information and in advising us of routine and emergency contact instructions that enable us to attend to your safety and privacy. After discussing your concerns and evaluating your photos with you, Dr. Sule will develop a safe and effective treatment plan to address your area of concern.

Following the initial evaluation, Dr. Sule is completely receptive to any questions and discussion, and, the treatment plan may evolve accordingly depending on the conversation. Now is the time for you as a patient to feel comfortable and be open about your treatment goals and visions.

At the close of the consultation, typically the Patient Care Coordinator will offer a tentative time to schedule your surgery and additional photographs may be taken if deemed necessary. There is NO pressure. We understand that different patients may be at different stages of their decision making process and we expect most of our patients may want to go home and process all the information they have received. We offer detailed patient education materials for this reason and you will leave your consultation with a folder containing all the materials you may want to review before making your decision. We understand, especially for first-timers, the information can be overwhelming so we want to arm you with as much literature as possible so that you can review it a home at your own pace; no pressure. Many patients, in addition, would like to see simulated images of how they will look after the surgery.

Following the consultation these computer-simulated before and after photos as well as a detailed surgical quotation with a breakdown of all the procedures, facility fees and anesthesia (if applicable) will be emailed to you within the next 48 hours. We understand this can be a big decision, so take your time. We want to make sure that you have all the possible information we can provide to make an informed, educated decision.

At the end of the day, patients of Sule Plastic Surgery can rest assured that every effort has been made to ensure your education, comfort and safety during evaluation and treatments in our elegantly appointed, state-of-the-art facility. A second “mini consultation” is even available upon request as a separate office visit or pre-operative visit should you still have more questions or need to spend a little more time with the doctor.
